5 Ways to Stay Healthy + Happy in 2014 and Beyond

New Year’s resolutions are all about reflecting on the past year and making strides to a better and more successful year to come. I generally set the same goals: exercise patience, be more active, use my bike more to get around, travel somewhere new, etc. I’m generally pretty good about following through, but sometimes it’s difficult to get started.
